Darya is realizing that she's now my live-in nanny. With her parenting maxed out, she has Super Efficient Baby Care which is the most amazing thing in this game, ever.
I'm gonna have to have someone else max it out the next time I want a cavalcade of kids!
Darya: 'I feel so used...'

Because Shanice is pregnant again! Unfortunately, we probably won't have as many babies if we don't get any multiples. Eco Life or whatever had to release and mess up all my mods... so Shanice is pregnant and not aging.
Fantastic.
Darya: 'That's a relief.'
Oh, don't worry, there'll still be plenty of kids...
Derya becomes a cute toddler! Toddlers truly are adorable. I'm kinda glad I get to have several this time. I'm always really conservative with kids in my sims games and it's a little bit of a bummer... maybe I just need to have them have as many kids as possible, haha.
It's sure a lot easier with Darya around!
Derya's schedule is pretty odd, so she gets time to hang out with her great-grandma Kailani on the much-loved bench. She's Inquisitive, so it makes sense that she'd wander around.
Of course, Darya isn't the only one in the house who parents. Shanice and Tasi do a bit, too. They're just usually busy with their careers and aspirations.
My least favorite thing about toddlers is the highchairs. They're cute, but annoying, and I usually forgo them entirely and just throw plates of food on the floor.
Darya is a good grandma. She autonomously interacts with Derya all of the time. It's cute.
Tasi is no slouch, either. When he's allowed to leave his creative crave, he is a very good father.
It's just... I don't let him leave that often.
Sedna is born! Another girl and still no multiples. Does the person giving birth have to have the trait? I'm bummed. This is definitely going to cut short my plans to fill this house!
I went looking for Shanice and found her autonomously playing with Derya in the bathroom. Cute, but you have things to do, woman! Like...
...get pregnant again! Yay! Tasi is less than thrilled, but then, what does he
think is happening when I direct them to 'Try for Baby'?
Tasi: 'Isn't it too soon? Sedna is still a baby!'
No time like the present!
Tasi completes his aspiration of being a prolific author whatever
way earlier than I had planned, so I switched him over to Big Happy Family. It seems fitting!
Tasi: 'Can I finally leave this room now?'
Sure! You're done here.
This bench sees the most action of anything in the house. And it's always at odd hours of the night or morning.
Here's Darya and Sedna, who is now a toddler, chilling and eating a very late dinner.
Nuihaur is haunting, which means it's time to raise Darya's social bar. Tasi disapproves of my methods.
Tasi: 'I don't need to be a witness to this.'
Darya: 'Then look away, because it's happening.'
Nuihaur: 'It's somehow even better when you're incorporeal!'
Tasi: '...gross.'
Shanice is an erratic sim, which means she does silly stuff like tell crazy stories and talk to herself when she's supposed to be skilling.
Much like Kai, she's often at the bar, practicing her mixology. This is just looks ominous, though.
Shanice: '...and then, when he asked for shaken, not stirred... I stirred it! Mwahaha!'
Sedna wanders out and begins playing in the leaves her grandma Darya is painstakingly raking. She's
independent, so she's typically off, doing her own thing.
I don't think grandma's going to be happy about this, however...
Tasi feels the need to supervise Derya and Sedna as they eat their dinner on the porch bench.
Tasi: 'There's plenty of seating inside.'
I think it's just inscribed in this family to enjoy the outdoors at this point.
Kai often stops by and loves sitting on
his favorite outdoor bench. This one is on the back patio, just across from the grill. I'm not sure why Sedna wandered out here. Probably because of Kai.
Helle is born! There's been a nice mix of kids this generation. Again, no multiples. I'm crushed. Why can't I seem to ever get them in any of the sims games?! I've seen people get surprise triplets. That's just not fair!
There's at least one more kid coming, so Darya needs to choke down that glowing ball of light in a glass called a Youth Potion.
Darya: 'As much as I'd like to not die, I'm not sure-'
Just drink it. We need your baby skills.
Nuihaur isn't a bad ghost to have around. He rarely breaks anything and he usually tries to help with the kids. Sure, it's pointless, because we have Darya... but it's still cute.
Derya barely noticed when Sedna was born, but she isn't happy at all about Helle!
Poor thing has no idea that there's more where Helle came from...
