7.2 - Rapid Fire

Tomax, what are you doing? That cake was for Yam's birthday!

Tomax: 'My bad. But they don't work, anyway.'

Damn it. I was really hoping this was fixed...

Not that Yam is all that bothered. He's busy enjoying the sauna with his mother. You know your time is up, don't you, buddy? It's time to go off into that immortal life with your sister and your many, many ancestors.

Morgan: 'Go away. We're bonding before he leaves.'

You have a weird idea of bonding...

I finally manage to get Yam aged up. He has a nice little farewell meal with his sister and brother-in-law.

Yam adds Self Assured to Loves Outdoors and Loner. Given his Loner trait, I don't see him dropping by much in the future.

Tomax finds a seriously weird place to knit. I mean, I'm glad you're doing it autonomously... but next to the pool, really? It's getting cold out!

Tomax: 'The water feels nice.'

Sigh. You always were a weird one.

I lost the photo, somehow... but Asherah gave birth to a boy, Yosuke. And then immediately got pregnant again. Because that's how we're doing this--rapid fire.

Asherah: 'So, you know how we just misappropriated the shower? Yeah, pregnant.'

Kiyoshi: 'That's... good, right?'

Yes. Yes it is. Good job, guys!

Kiyoshi is plugging along pretty nicely on his aspiration. It's fun. I've enjoyed it. I definitely prefer it against Morgan's horrible actress one. That one was a slog.

He spends a lot of time spitting snowboarder lingo and shredding powder. Soon, we'll have to work on that mountain expedition.

Morgan finally ages up to Elder and joins her husband in the AARP club.

She ages gracefully, I think. Both her and Glaucus made for really good looking elders.

Morgan: 'Of course. I'm a star, after all.'

That just means you had work done. Obviously.

Harvest fest is unseasonably warm yet still cloudy. Morgan and Kiyoshi autonomously choose to spend it in the pool. I don't blame them. I wish I could swim during Thanksgiving.

Tomax and Morgan are still going strong. It's nice to have a couple still in love without any weirdness. Although, Tomax's end is near. Which is sad. Also, I have no idea how anyone will eat once Glaucus' food runs out. No one in this house can cook.

Yosuke becomes an adorable toddler. These guys will definitely make some cute kiddos. I'm excited to fill the house with them.

He's a Charmer and I'd believe it. SO cute!

Although, his family leaves a lot to be desired. Two adults allowing a kid to watch some crazy television show about fire. Uh, guys? You wanna step in?

Tomax: 'You worry too much.'

Sigh. This kid is gonna have a fire complex.

Despite being busy chasing his next thrill, adrenaline-junkie Kiyoshi is actually a pretty good dad. He manages the kids autonomously alongside Asherah when I'm busy elsewhere.

It's definitely a relief. They're gonna have a few...

Tomax and Kiyoshi put a cooking fire that was inevitable when someone other than Tomax cooks. I think this was Kiyoshi's doing.

I really need to work on someone's cooking skill.

Tomax caught on fire and then Kiyoshi had to put him out.

Kiyoshi: 'Babe, you're huge. You sure it's only one?'

Asherah: 'I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that...'

Abort, buddy. Not even being a bro will excuse you a woman's wrath when they're pregnant!

Asherah really does show quite large, however. I keep hoping it's twins.

Spoiler: it isn't. Sigh!

Welcome little Kaito to the family.

Asherah: 'Remember how we immediately misused the shower again? Well-'

Kiyoshi: 'You're pregnant, right?'

Asherah: 'Bingo!'

I wasn't kidding when I said rapid fire.

My stupid game glitched and I missed Tomax's demise! I'm sorry, buddy. You were an excellent spouse and raiser of children. You will be missed.

Kiyoshi keeps up his good dad schtick by bathing Yosuke. Toddler baths will never not be adorable.

He ends up with soaked winterwear for his effort.

Kaito joins Yosuke in toddlerhood. So cute! I love toddlers. They're just the freaking best. How did we even play this before them?

Kaito is Inquistive.

Unfortunately, this is how toddler bonding works in a busy legacy household. I don't have time to micromanage their skills, to the wabbit tablet it is.

I really wish they've give us a better way!

At least pregnant Asherah is there to make sure they don't completely drown in the tablets. She's got to read for two hours and I always forget you can read to toddlers.

Kaito is not thrilled by this. Poor guy.

He must be afraid of T-rexes.
